On March 5, 2025, the Atyrau Regional Museum of History and Local Lore hosted a meeting and master class with Saltanat Eleusinova, a local master of decorative and applied arts, member of the International Union of Artisans and the Eurasian Union of Designers, dedicated to the celebration of March 8 – International Women’s Day.

         During the event, students and teachers of the K. Dutbayeva Atyrau Humanitarian College were introduced to the artist’s work and learned the intricacies of traditional crafts such as spinning with a spindle, embroidery, and jewelry making. An exhibition of handmade works was also organized, accompanied by an informative discussion about the revival of national heritage and the important role of women in society. For her contribution to the development of folk art, promotion of national traditions, and encouragement of young people’s interest in traditional craftsmanship, Saltanat Eleusinova was awarded a Letter of Appreciation on behalf of the museum director M. Kipiev.
